Those are the two figures the guide itself publishes. The plan behind them is the one every page of this site uses: an Embrace policy paying back 90 percent above a $500 deductible, chosen from the $200 to $1,000 range Embrace publishes. It is the conservative case, one isolated bill against a deductible nothing else has touched, and it assumes the policy was already in force before the condition appeared. A deductible earlier claims have met returns more, and each guide says so on its own page. Whether a policy is worth holding at all is a separate question with its own page.
